at World Fitness Association's Gym .

Candy Colby, often called South Florida's, "First Lady of Fitness", has been responsible for the workouts of over a million fitness buffs over the past 24 years. Candy also had her own fitness TV show, "The Body Factory", which aired before "Good Morning America" on channel 10 for eight years and helped to launch aerobics in the 1980's.

Class Descriptions
  • Pilates: Work every muscle in your body with the use of the Pilates Reformer machine. Class focuses on body core, strength and flexibility. Must sign up in advance for this class. Limited class size.
  • Cardio Strip: High-energy women's fitness that will help you discover the sexy, inner you without taking a thing off! Must sign up for this class.
  • Universal Kickboxing: An intense cardio-strength workout utilizing boxing, martial arts and kickboxing equipment.
  • Cardio Pump: Choreography is designed to use all major muscle groups. Class will take toning & tightening to a high intensity to burn calories.
  • Cardio Sculpt: Heart pounding cardio followed by full body resistance training. Light on the choreography using consistent repetitions.
  • Step-Combo: Low complexity combos with high intensity movements that is sure to give you a great cardio workout that you'll enjoy.
  • Combo: Aerobic and body sculpting reunite to bring up heart rate, burn fat and increase metabolism.
  • Body Sculpt: Challenge yourself using strength & endurance to train your muscles to fatigue.
  • Total Body: A great head to toe workout that tones & firms all the right places.
  • Muscle Madness: Want to get fit? This class combines strength & endurance workout to keep your heart rate up and burn fat! We use dumbbells, exercise balls, exercise bars, steps, etc.
  • 20/20/20: A little bit of everything. Combine variety, fun and hard work in this over all workout. 20 minutes of Cardio might include Hi-Lo, Steps or Spinning. Then, use your imagination
  • Stretching: Stretch your way into this light Yoga, but intense stretch that improves balance and keeps body stiffness away.
  • Yoga: Hatha-Yoga combines physical postures with breathing to help with posture and mind-body awareness. This class can be easy or difficult as you make it. For all fitness levels. Bring sticky mat or buy one from us.
